S&P affirms then withdraws Rusfinance Bank 'BB+/B/ruAA+' ratings

LONDON. Nov 18 (Interfax) - Standard & Poor's Ratings Services said today that it affirmed its 'BB+' long-term and 'B' short-term counterparty credit ratings and its 'ruAA+' Russia national scale rating on Russia-based Rusfinance Bank. The ratings were subsequently withdrawn at the issuer's request. The outlook at the time of the withdrawal was negative.
