Russian steel pipe output down 23.3% in 10 mths

MOSCOW. Nov 23 (Interfax) - Russia reduced steel pipe production 23.3% year-on-year in January-October to 5.313 million tonnes, the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) said.

Production fell 0.7% in October compared with September to 630,891 tonnes.
