Medvedev signs energy saving law
MOSCOW. Nov 23 (Interfax) - President Dmitry Medvedev has signed into law a federal bill on energy saving and has made amendments to several legislative acts, the Kremlin said on Monday.
The bill was approved by the State Duma on November 11, 2009, and by the Federation Council on November 18, 2009.
