Regulator registers 15-bln ruble MiG share issue
MOSCOW. Nov 27 (Interfax) - The Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) has registered a supplementary issue of 15 million ordinary shares, par value 1,000 rubles each, to be placed by warplane manufacturer MiG in a private subscription, the regulator said.
The government has decided to recapitalize MiG by that amount. MiG, which is due to become part of United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), was more than 44 billion rubles in debt at the start of the year.
MiG has already received a capital injection of 15 billion rubles, at the beginning of 2009, and has received 17.3 billion rubles worth of defense orders.
