MMK downsizes executive board

MOSCOW. Nov 27 (Interfax) - Magnitogorsk Iron & Steel Works (MMK) has downsized its executive board from 24 to just ten members, the Russian steel major said in a statement.

The new-look board contains Gennady Senichev, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vice-President for Modernization and Downstream Production of Limited Liability Company MMK Managing Company; Vladimir Andriyanov, Commercial Director of OJSC Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works; Valentin Antonyuk, Director for Capital Construction and Investments of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works; Yuri Bodiaev, Executive Director of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works; Mikhail Buryakov, Head of Marketing Department of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works; Marina Zhemchueva, Chief Accountant of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works, Chief Accountant of LLC MMK Managing Company; Nikolai Lyadov, Director for Sales of Magnitogorsk Iron and Steel Works; Alexander Mastruev, Vice-President for Personnel and Social Programmes of LLC MMK Managing Company; Arkadiy Chernov, Head of the President's Staff of LLC MMK Managing Company; and Oleg Fedonin, Vice-President for Finances and Economics at LLC MMK Managing Company.
