Central Bank triples offer at Dec 1 unsecured loans auction
MOSCOW. Nov 30 (Interfax) - The Central Bank of Russia will now offer 15 billion rubles at tomorrow's auction for five-week unsecured loans instead of a planned 5 billion rubles, the CB said.
