MOSCOW. Dec 10 (Interfax) - Russia's stock market on Thursday opened with losses owing to decreasing oil prices as the MICEX Stock Exchange slipped by 0.6% in the first minute of trading (falling below 1,300 points).

By 10:31 pm Moscow time, the MICEX Stock Exchange had dipped by 0.58% to 1,294.78 points while the RTS Index had decreased by 0.86% to 1,337.29 points. The majority of blue chips on both exchanges had decreased by 0.1%-1.4% by this time.

Futures on the RTS Index topped the base assets by 2.9 points, indicating a neutral mood among investors.
