Coupon rate on Lukoil exchange bonds at 9.2% annually

MOSCOW. Dec 15 (Interfax) - Lukoil set the coupon rate on two series of exchange bonds totaling 5 billion rubles each (BO-06 and BO-07) at 9.2% annually, the company said in a statement.

The bid book was opened to investors last Monday and closed at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The rate guidance for the three-year bonds was 9.2%-9.7% annually given no offer.
