Five presidents to attend energy summit in Georgia
TBILISI. Jan 11 (Interfax) - Delegates of ten countries will attend an energy summit in Georgia this week, Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Nino Kalandadze told a Monday press briefing.
The summit will take place in Batumi on January 14.
The presidents of Azerbaijan, Poland, Latvia, Lithuania and Ukraine will attend the event, she said.
Prime ministers and economy and energy ministers will represent the other states.
A U.S. delegation led by Special Representative of the U.S. Secretary of State for Eurasian Energy Affairs Richard Morningstar will also take part in the summit, the diplomat said.
