Severstal could buy 18.7% of High River Gold from Troika Dialog
MOSCOW. Jan 27 (Interfax) - Severstal is thinking of buying 18.7% of the shares in Canada's High River Gold, which mines gold in Russia, from Troika Dialog , a source familiar with Severstal's plans told Interfax.
