Central Bank registers 15 bln rubles in VTB24 bonds

MOSCOW. Jan 27 (Interfax) - The Central Bank of Russia has registered two planned bond issues by VTB24 , the retail banking arm of the VTB Group, worth a combined 15 billion rubles.

The bank said the series 5 bonds was worth 5 billion rubles and series 6 - 10 billion rubles. Both series will mature in ten years and will have ten semi-annual coupons.

VTB24 has series 1-4 worth a total of 30 billion rubles outstanding.

The bank was Russia's sixth largest by assets, according to the Interfax-100 ranking at the end of the third quarter of 2009.
