Update: Yanukovych 2.86% ahead of Tymoshenko with almost 99% of votes counted
KYIV. Feb 8 (Interfax) - With 98.7% of reports from district election commissions processed, Viktor Yanukovych has 48.64% of votes and Yulia Tymoshenko 45.78% in Ukraine
