Transnefteproduct expects full North project operations in 2013
MOSCOW. Feb 16 (Interfax) - Transnefteproduct expects that the North project will be at full capacity in 2013, Transnefteproduct chief Vladimir Shimanovich told reporters.
Achieving full project capacity is associated with TANEKO launching production of quality-compliant diesel fuel, he said.
