Surgut discusses swapping MOL stake for shares in Lithuanian refinery

MOSCOW. Feb 25 (Interfax) - Surgutneftegas and PKN Orlen are discussing an exchange of the Russian oil company's 21.2% stake in Hungarian petroleum firm MOL for 25% of the shares in Lithuania's Orlen Lietuva petrochemicals complex, which used to be known as Mazeikiu Nafta, Germany's Wirtschaftsblatt newspaper reports.

The Russian company is simultaneously discussing swapping its stake in MOL for shares in UK petrochemicals company INEOS with trading firm Sinocor.
