Rosneft gets new Sakhalin license without tender
MOSCOW. March 9 (Interfax) - The Russian government awarded to Rosneft without tender a new Sakhalin oil shelf license with a resolution signed February 24.
The combined exploration and petrochemical extraction license pertains to a section identified only by definitive geographical coordinates.
