MICEX allows 119 bln rubles in Transneft

MOSCOW. March 16 (Interfax) - The directorate of the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange (MICEX) on March 15 allowed OJSC Transneft's exchange bonds worth 119 billion rubles into trading during placement without a listing, the exchange said in a statement.

The seven issues worth 17 billion rubles each have received the following registration numbers: 4B02-01-00206-A, 4B02-02-00206-A, 4B02-03-00206-A, 4B02-04-00206-A, 4B02-05-00206-A, 4B02-06-00206-A and B02-07-00206-A.

It was earlier reported that the term of placement for all of Transneft's exchange bonds comes to three years. The bonds include semiannual coupons.

The face value for one bond comes to 1,000 rubles. The bonds will be placed by open subscription on the MICEX.

Transneft currently has three corporate bond issues in circulation: two worth 35 billion rubles and one worth 65 billion rubles. The coupon rate is set as the sum of the Central Bank's direct repo rate and a margin, which is set separately.
