MOSCOW. March 18 (Interfax) - Lukoil plans to publish financial results to US GAAP on March 24.
"We'll unveil the GAAP [results] in London on March 24," Leonid Fedun, the Russian oil major's vice president, told Interfax.
Lukoil chief Vagit Alekperov has said he estimated earnings to US GAAP were $7 billion last year, down from $9.144 billion in 2008. A consensus forecast by 16 brokers puts earnings at $7.492 billion, according to the SPARK database.
Fedun did not comment on reports of a possible sale by ConocoPhillips of some of its shares in Lukoil. "We can't comment on the actions of our shareholders," he said.
