NOVATEK set to pay 2.75 rubles per share for 2009, including interim dividends

MOSCOW. March 25 (Interfax) - The board of directors of NOVATEK has recommended a dividend of 1.75 rubles per ordinary share for the full-year 2009.

Shareholders will vote on the dividend at their annual meeting.

Including the interim dividend paid for the first half of 2009, the company is poised to pay a total of 2.75 rubles per share for 2009.

The annual meeting is scheduled for April 28, 2010. Shareholders of record on March 22, 2010 may participate.
