Suicide bombers may be responsible for explosions in Moscow metro

MOSCOW. March 29 (Interfax) - Suicide bombers set off bombs at the Lubyanka and Park Kultury Moscow metro stations, a law enforcement officer told Interfax with reference to preliminary information.

The conclusion was based on the type of injuries and damage to the train car.

"A final conclusion will be made after the investigation. As far as we know, those were suicide bombings," the law enforcement officer said.

According to some sources, fragments of the suicide bombers' bodies have been found, he added.
