Sollers opens bid book on second series exchange bonds worth 2 bln rubles

MOSCOW. April 12 (Interfax) - Sollers has opened the bid book for the purchase of its exchange bond series BO-02 worth 2 billion rubles, the company said in a statement.

The collection of applications close n April 27 at 3:00 pm Moscow time. Raiffeisenbank is the issue's organizer.

OJSC Sollers currently has its second series bond issue worth 3 billion rubles in circulation. This issue is slated for maturation in July 2013.
