My Bank to place 5 bln rubles in fifth series bond issue on Apr 22
MOSCOW. April 15 (Interfax) - Russia's My Bank will commence the placement of its fifth series bond issue worth 5 billion rubles on April 22, the bank said in a statement.
The state registration for this issue runs out on April 28.
The Central Bank register My Bank's fifth and sixth bond issues each worth 5 billion rubles at the end of April 2009.
The bonds mature over a period of five years. The face value of one bond comes to 1,000 rubles. The placement will be held by open subscription.
The bank currently has its second series bond issue in circulation worth 1 billion rubles slated for maturation on December 21, 2010 and a third series worth 1.5 billion rubles slated for maturation in August 2012.
My Bank (Gubernsky Bank until 2007) is a universal commercial bank that takes part in the mandatory deposit insurance system.
My Bank was 140th largest Russian bank by assets at the end of 2009 according to the Interfax-100, compiled by the Interfax Center for Economic Analysis (CEA).
