UniCredit Bank to place 20 bln rubles in bond series 4-6

MOSCOW. April 22 (Interfax) - UniCredit Bank plans to place unsecured bond series four, five and six worth a combined 20 billion rubles, the bank said in a statement.

The fourth bond series comes to 10 billion rubles while series five and six come to 5 billion rubles each.

The series will mature over five years. The bonds come to 1,000 rubles at face value each and will be placed by open subscription.

The bank currently does not have bonds in circulation. UniCredit Bank registered its third bond issue worth 10 billion rubles with the Central Bank in August 2008 but the bank did not place the issue a year following its registration.

UniCredit Bank was eight largest Russian bank by assets at the end of 2009 according to the Interfax-100, compiled by the Interfax Center for Economic Analysis (CEA).
