RTS, MICEX exchanges to trade Raspadskaya shares as normal

MOSCOW. May 11 (Interfax) - Russia's RTS and MICEX stock exchanges will trade shares in coal producer Raspadskaya , which owns the mine where at least 32 miners are known to have died as the result of Sunday's accident.

The exchanges told Interfax that they had not yet received any instructions not to start trading in the company's shares.

The Cyprus-registered Corber Enterprises Limited owns 80% of Raspadskaya, which is one of Russia's biggest coking coal producers. Evraz Group, on the one hand, and Gennady Kozovoi, Raspadskaya's CEO, and Alexander Vagin, the company's board chairman, the other, are the beneficiaries of Corber Enterprises on equal terms. The free float is 20%.
