FGC plans no dividend for 2009
MOSCOW. May 17 (Interfax) - Federal Grid Company does not plan to pay dividends for 2009, the company said in a statement.
The board of directors has recommended that shareholders waive dividends for 2009. The annual shareholders' meeting is scheduled for June 29.
