Medvedev includes Voloshin on council for financial market development

MOSCOW. May 18 (Interfax) - Alexander Voloshin, the former head of the presidential administration and the current board chairman of MMC Norilsk Nickel , has been appointed to serve on the presidential council for development of the financial market.

President Dmitry Medvedev approved the appointment in a decree dated May 15.

It was reported earlier that Medvedev ordered formation of a working group headed by Voloshin to coordinate efforts aimed at accelerating creation of a financial center in Russia during an April 20 meeting on economic issues
