Former head of TGK-1 to develop En+

MOSCOW. May 19 (Interfax) - The former head of OJSC TGK-1 , Andrei Likhachev, has been made deputy general director of Oleg Deripaska's En+ Group, the company said in a statement.

Likhachev will be responsible for developing the group's business strategy, including OJSC EvroSibenergo. In addition, he will chair En+ Power's board of directors (the parent company for EvroSibenergo).

Prior to joining En+, Likhachev was deputy chairman of OJSC Bashenergo's board of directors and advisor to the chairman of Russian Railways' managing board on energy issues. In 2005-2006, he was general director of TGK-1, 1999-2005 - general director of OJSC Lenenergo and 1998-1999 - Deputy Governor of St. Petersburg.

The En+ Group includes Deripaska's mining, power and aluminum assets.

OJSC EvroSibenergo has become the site of consolidation for the group's power and engineering business.

EvroSibenergo's balance sheet includes share packets in OJSC Irkutskenergo (including Vostsibugol), OJSC Krasnoyarsk HPP , OOO Avtozavodskaya CHP, CJSC Volgaenergosbyt and OJSC MAREM+, as well as OOO EvroSibenergo Engineering.
