OGK-1 shareholders to meet on June 28; to waive dividends for 2009
MOSCOW. May 24 (Interfax) - The board of directors of OGK-1 has scheduled the AGM for June 28, the wholesale generating company said in a statement.
The board has recommended that shareholders waive dividends for 2009.
The register of shareholder for the meeting was closed as of May 21.
