VEB cuts Sberbank stake to 0.46%
MOSCOW. June 2 (Interfax) - Vnesheconombank (VEB) has reduced its stake in Sberbank to 0.46% from 4.0%, Sberbank's deputy chair, Bella Zlatkis, told reporters.
Oksana Ozorina, the partner of Nikolai Maximov, former chief of the Maxi Steel Group, has increased her stake in Sberbank from 0.4% to 0.9%, Zlatkis said.
"This [Ozorina] is the biggest shareholder not just among private individual but among corporate shareholders also," she said.
