Gazprom Neft board candidates include 2 new nominees

MOSCOW. June 7 (Interfax) - Gazprom Neft has nominated 12 candidates for the board of directors, including 10 incumbents and two new candidates, according to materials prepared for the AGM on June 29.

The incumbents nominated for the new board are: the CEO of parent company Gazprom, Alexei Miller; Gazprom Neft chief Alexander Dyukov; Gazprom Deputy CEOs Andrei Kruglov and Valery Golubev; Gazprom management board members Kirill Seleznev, Vasily Podyuk, Olga Pavlova and Nikolai Dubik; the first deputy head of Gazprom's legal department, Vladimir Alisov; and the first deputy head of the marketing, gas and liquid hydrocarbons refining department, Alexander Mikheyev.

The new candidates for the board are: Alexander Kalinkin, Gazprom's deputy head of the gas, gas condensate and oil production; and Marat Garaev, the head of industrial products marketing in the marketing, gas and liquid hydrocarbons refining department.

PricewaterhouseCoopers Audit has been nominated to return as the company auditor.

The register of shareholders for the AGM closed on May 14.
