Medvedev to meet with Google officials in U.S.

MOSCOW. June 21 (Interfax) - During his two-day visit to the U.S., Russian President Dmitry Medvedev will meet with senior Google officials, said senior Kremlin aide Arkady Dvorkovich.

"As you might have heard, Google CEO Mr. Schmidt has agreed to join the supervisory board of the Skolkovo managing company, as was announced yesterday. And we hope that there will be a small meeting between the Russian president and Mr. Schmidt during the visit," Dvorkovich told a press conference in Moscow on Monday.

Details of the meeting have yet to be confirmed, the presidential aide said.

"Also, Skolkovo and Cisco will sign a memorandum of cooperation under the Skolkovo project and in general on the company's business activities in Russia," he said.

A meeting with business leaders is due to be held at the chamber of commerce on June 24, however there is "no final clarity," Dvorkovich said.
