Russian banks boost loan portfolio 0.6% in 5 mths, 0.8% in May
MOSCOW. June 24 (Interfax) - Russian banks increased the total loan portfolio 0.6% in the first five months of 2010, including an increase of 0.8% in May, the head of banking regulation and supervision at the Central Bank, Alexei Simanovsky, told journalists on Thursday.
"Loans and credits increase 0.6% for the overall portfolio," he said.
