RusHydro announces offered price for retail cos

MOSCOW. June 25 (Interfax) - RusHydro has announced the price of an offer for shares in Mosenergosbyt , St. Petersburg Energy Retail Company , Saratovenergo and Tambov Energy Retail Company .

The Mosenergosbyt shares will be purchased at 0.3593 rubles per share, St. Petersburg Energy Retail Company - 4.9258 rubles, Saratovenergo - 0.1268 rubles and Tambov Energy Retail Company - 0.1474 rubles.
