Medvedev signs decree subordinating Rostekhnadzor to Russian govt
MOSCOW. July 5 (Interfax) - Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on June 23 signed a decree subordinating the Federal Service on Environmental, Technological and Nuclear Supervision (Rostekhnadzor) to the Russian government.
