Carlson Restaurants Worldwide native takes on Rosinter operations
MOSCOW. July 6 (Interfax) - Hugh Carroll, who headed up Carlson Restaurants Worldwide's operations in China since 2008 and had been with the company for more than twenty years, has been tapped for senior vice president for operations at OJSC Rosinter Restaurants Holding , Rosinter said in a press release.
Carroll will oversee "the perfection of restaurants' work level, the quality of guest services, and systems of employee development on all territories of [company] presence," the release says.
At end-May, the Rosinter chain boasted 353 restaurants, 97 of them franchises. That was up from 348 restaurants and 91 franchises a year prior.
