Renault, Rostechnoligies, Troika Dialog ink deal on additional AvtoVAZ share issue

TOLYATTI. July 15 (Interfax) - French carmaker Renault, state-run Russian organization Rostechnologies, and investment company Troika Dialog , who are all shareholders in Russia's largest automaker AvtoVAZ , signed an agreement on Thursday on increasing the automaker's charter capital, an Interfax correspondent reported from the signing.

Renault will contribute technology and equipment worth EUR 240 million, and Rostechnologies will put in 12 billion rubles.

The first stage of the additional issue will see Renault's stake in AvtoVAZ decreasing, while Rostechnologies' grows to 29% and Troika Dialog's contracts slightly. The three shareholders currently each hold 25%+1 share in the automaker.
