Naftogaz Ukrainy boosts capex by 2.7% in H1

KYIV. July 19 (Interfax) - National oil company Naftogaz Ukrainy had 1.528 billion hryvni (7.8998 hryvni/$1 on July 19, 2010) in capital investment in January-June 2010, a year-on-year increase of 2.7%, Ukraine's Fuel and Energy Ministry said in its materials.

Naftogaz Ukraine's enterprises reduced state and local budget transfers in the first half of 2010 by 33.7% to 13.925 billion hryvni.

The level of budget payments for the first half of 2010 came to 10.34%, which is equal to the results for the first six months of 2009.

The company's accounts payable came to 46.771 billion hryvni as of April 1, 2010 while accounts receivable topped 9.858 billion hryvni.
