Rosnano to place 33 bln rubles in three bond issues

MOSCOW. July 28 (Interfax) - Rosnano (Russian Nanotechnology Corporation) plans to place its first, second and third series bond issues worth a combined 33 billion rubles, the company said in an official statement.

The corporation's supervisory board decided on this on Tuesday.

Rosnano plans to place 8 billion rubles in the first series by open subscription for a period of 2,548 days, second series - 10 billion rules and third series - 15 billion rubles. The second and third issues also mature over 2,548 days.

The face value for one bond comes to 1,000 rubles.

The bonds will be placed under the terms of the Russia government's normative legal assets in the framework of state guarantees for 2010 and the planned period for 2011-2012.

The placement value of the bonds is equivalent to 100% of their face value. The coupon payment will be made on the second day following the placement. The bond issue also includes an option for preterm maturation.
