Lukoil option purchase price for own shares from Conoco $56 per
MOSCOW. July 29 (Interfax) - The option price at which Lukoil can buy 98,728,900 of its own shares from ConocoPhillips has been set at $56 per share, a company statement for the U.S. Security and Exchange Commission says.
