Russia ups oil output 2.7%, gas soars 19.3% in 7 mths

MOSCOW. Aug 16 (Interfax) - Russia raised production of oil and gas condensate 2.7% year-on-year in January-July to 292 million tonnes, the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) said.

Natural gas production, including associated gas, soared 19.3% to 379 billion cubic meters.

Oil refinery throughput grew 4.5% year-on-year to 142 million tonnes.

Gasoline production fell 1.3% year-on-year in the seven months to 20.4 million tonnes, diesel grew 4.1% to 40.3 million tonnes and heating oil rose 6.3% to 39.5 million tonnes.
