FGC, Gazprom Energoholding synchronize investment programs

MOSCOW. Aug 17 (Interfax) - OJSC Federal Grid Company UES , or FGC, and LLC Gazprom Energoholding, which holds the main assets of Gazprom , have clinched agreement on long-term cooperation and coordination in the implementation of investment programs.

A company release says the document in question provides for cooperation in the synchronization of investment programs for commissioning generating and grid facilities. FGC and Gazprom Energoholding are working out the corresponding schedule plans for their projects.

They have been worked out in relation to nine Gazprom Energoholding investment projects, including the projects OJSC TGK-1 (building 450 mWt at Pravoberezhnaya combined heat and power plant (TETs) 5, and 450 mWt at TETs-22), OJSC OGK-2 (building 420 mWt at Serov State District Power Plant (GRES), 420 mWt at Stavropol GRES, and 660 mWt at Troitsa GRES), OJSC OGK-6 (building 880 mWt at Krishi GRES, 330 mWt at Novocherkassk GRES, and 420 mWt at Cherepovets GRES), and Mosenergo (TGK-3) (420 mWt at TETs-26).

The parties have agreed to work up and coordinate an analogous schedule plan in relation to Adler TES, which is being built for the 2014 Olympics.

FGC signed a similar investment plan-synchronization agreement with IES Holding not long ago.
