Sergei Plastinin sells 0.047% of shares in WBD at market price of 29 mln rubles
MOSCOW. Aug 25 (Interfax) - OJSC Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods' board chairman Sergei Plastinin has sold a portion of his share packet, the company said in a statement.
The statement said that his stake in WBD's charter capital has decreased from 3.76% to 3.71%. WBD's charter capital is divided into 44 million shares. Therefore, the size of the sold packet could have come to around 20,680 shares. The packet's market value, based on WBD's current MICEX quotations (1,410 rubles per share) comes to around 29 million rubles. The equivalent ADR packet on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) ($19.43 per ADR, or $77.72 per share; one share = four ADRs) stands at$ 1.6 million.
Wimm-Bill-Dann Foods is one of Russia's biggest juice and dairy producers.
At the start of the year WBD founders Gavril Yushvaev, Mikhail Dubinin, Alexander Orlov, Sergei Plastinin and David Iakobachvili owned 42.3% of the shares as of the end of 2009. Yushvaev owned 19.6%, Iakobachvili - 10.5% and Dubinin -4.7%.
