Former Uralkali director may head Silvinit
MOSCOW. Aug 31 (Interfax) - The board of directors at Russian fertilizer-maker Silvinit has set October 5 as the date for an extraordinary shareholders meeting to select a new general director, a post for which former chief at OJSC Uralkali Vladislav Baumgertner has been mooted, the company said.
