Sberbank expects securities to yield 15% in 2010

MOSCOW. Sept 15 (Interfax) - Sberbank expects its securities portfolio to yield approximately 15% this year, the bank's deputy chief executive, Bella Zlatkis, told reporters.

"Returns will approach 15% if nothing force-majeure happens. I see the markets as being very strong right now," Zlatkis said.

The bank was forecasting returns of less than 10% on the securities it holds in the spring.
