Rosneft planning reshuffle, seeks world class specialists

SOCHI. Sept 17 (Interfax) - Rosneft is planning a staff reshuffle and wants to bring world class specialists in, the state oil company's president, Eduard Khudainatov, told reporters on the sidelines of the international investment forum in Sochi.

"You can't avoid it - life doesn't stand still," he said. "If we want to achieve even higher oil production and refining growth we'll have to bring in specialists with world names," he said.

"Naturally, we'll need to adjust and renew our staff," Khudainatov said.

Rosneft will pursue its existing strategy and five-year business plan, he said. "Of course my own job, as the newly appointed chief, is to take the company's development even further," he said.
