Russia cancels import duties on buckwheat, potato, cabbage
MOSCOW. Sept 23 (Interfax) - The government sub-commission on customs and tariff policy approved the cancellation of import duties on buckwheat, cabbages and potatoes at a meeting on Thursday.
The import duties will be canceled for six months, the government said in a statement.
