Atomenergomash buys REMCO stake from Tugolukov, Vekselberg

MOSCOW. Sept 24 (Interfax) - Atomenergomash (AEM) has increased its stake to 100% in REMCO (formerly EMAlliance-Atom), which manufactures heat-exchange equipment for nuclear and thermal power plants, AEM said in a statement.

AEM acquired the 50% minus one share in REMCO previously held by Yevgeny Tugolukov and Viktor Vekselberg.
