Ruble could post gains over the short-term - Ulyukayev

MOSCOW. Oct 5 (Interfax) - Russia's Central Bank sees chances of the ruble's gains over the short-term, the bank's First Deputy Chairman, Alexei Ulyukayev told journalists.

"If we are talking about the short-term, the chances of [the ruble] strengthening are higher than a downturn. Over the midterm, either a move up or down is equally possible," Ulyukayev said.
