TCB inks $325 mln syndicated loan agreement
MOSCOW. Oct 6 (Interfax) - Russia's TransCreditBank (TCB) has signed an agreement with eighteen banks on a two-year, $325 million syndicated credit taken at LIBOR + 2.75%, an Interfax correspondent reported from the signing ceremonies.
WestLB coordinated the deal, and the syndicate includes Barclays Capital, BNP Paribas, Citibank, Commerzbank, ING Bank, J.P. Morgan, Raiffeisen Zentralbank Oesterreich AG, UniCredit Bank Austria AG, Banca Intesa, Natixis, and Credit Europe Bank.
TCB ended H1 2010 in 14th place by assets on the Interfax-100 ranking of Russia's biggest banks.
