VimpelCom opening bid book for 10 bln rubles in series-7 bonds on Oct 11

MOSCOW. Oct 8 (Interfax) - LLC VimpelCom Invest is opening on October 11 a bid book for investors wishing to purchase bonds in a five-year, 10-billion-ruble seventh series, according to investment company Renaissance Capital, which is one of the issue organizers.

The company already has 10 billion rubles of sixth-series bonds in circulation.

The rates on the series-7 bond semiannual coupons will be identical for the entire circulation period. Rate guidance is 9%-9.5% per annum.

The bid book closed at 6:00 pm Moscow time on October 15.

The placement of the sixth and seventh series is slated for placement on October 19 on the MICEX.

Alfa-Bank , Raiffeisenbank and Renaissance Capital are the placement organizers.

The Federal Financial Markets Service (FFMS) registered the sixth and seventh series at the end of May. Each is worth 10 billion rubles. OJSC Vimpelcom is providing the guarantee on the issues.

Vimpelcom-Invest currently has its first and third series in circulation each worth 10 billion rubles.

Vimpelcom itself has only placed Eurobonds. The company currently has four LPN issues in circulations worth a combined $2.9 billion.

Vimpelcom's total debt at the end of the first quarter of 2010 came to $6.648 billion. The company's short-term debt comes to $5.29 billion, long-term - $1.36 billion and net debt - $4.9 billion.
