Rusnano looks to wrap up Silicon Valley company buy by year-end

SKOLKOVO. Oct 11 (Interfax) - The state-run Russian corporation Rusnano plans to take over a company in Silicon Valley in California, Rusnano chief Anatoly Chubais told the press.

"I think we'll be able to complete the deal before the end of the year," Chubais said. "It is a serious electronics company in Silicon Valley," he said.

"We're talking about our direct acquisition of a packet in a parent company that is located in Silicon Valley and the corresponding arrangement of real business in the framework of expanding the project in Russia," Chubais said.
